December 2006 photographs of the American Star from sunnyfuerteventura.com

These are more photos of the American Star, taken in December 2006. We went to have a look because it was a stormy day, and we though that this wouls make any photographs more intersting.

The photographs had to be taken between cloudbursts.

She seems to be in a similar state to the way she was in June.

Although there were regular loud bangs that sounded like something loose being smashed against the hull.

The large waves were making plumes as the water was forced through the portholes.

This seems to suggest that the sea has open acces to the far side of the ship.

She is still one of the most popular tourist attractions in Fuerteventura.

There was a steady stream of visitors.

Though she seems to be the same there is more debris on the shore.

and waves like these must be doing more damage.
