At a meeting today the dates for the 2018 Corralejo Carnival were confirmed as 23 February - 4 March 2018. The theme is Retro Vintage. The Grand Carnival Parade will be on Saturday March.

Corralejo Carnival Events Fri 23rd 20.30 – Growedup Carnival Queen Gala 23.00 – Grand Verbena with Kandela and Nuevo Klan Sat 24th Carnival Day from 10.00 – 20.00 21.00 – Verbena with Onda Latina, Kandela and Nuevo Klan Sun 25th 17.30 – Children’s Carnival Queen Gala Mon 26th 21.00 – Drag Queen Gala Tue 27th 19.00 – Old People’s Fiesta Wed 28th 17.00 – Children’s Fiesta Tue 20.00 – Dance Day with groups Fri 20.30 – Murgas Marathon (the Carnival Satirical Singing Groups) 23.00 – Verbena with Grupo Bomba and Guira Latina Sat 18.30 – Grand Carnival Parade 22.00 – Verbena with Armonia Show and Grupo Bomba Sun 4th 19.30 – Burning of the Sardine parade followed by fireworks Sat 10 March Carnival Day in La Oliva from midday to 8pm
