Most bars charge 2.50 - 3.00 euros for a large beer. Usually 2 for 1 at Happy Hour!! :D

aaaahhhhh!!! the good old happy hour!! thought this was a dying art?

is it safe to assume that most bars there operate a Happy Hour? We have booked for next July and are already looking forward to it.

No problem getting cheap beer in Fuerteventura, but the place is still popular with families as there are not loads of drunks roaming about being a nuisance.

There are'nt any what you would call "cheap" bar's here in Corralejo,The average price here for a pint is two n a half euro's, you should stick to the smaller bar's,such as The Alpha bar or The Underground(bit bigger),Robin's Nest is reasonable(used to be Winter Garden's).The hotel's/complexes prices have gone up a lot in the last year or so.
There is a bar on the sea front that does a Happy hour, from 6 till half 7,also, there are some reasonable priced one's just off the harbour,on the cobbled street.
Hope this help's. (Sound's like I like I'm an alcholic,I'm not really!!).
bar1 drink1 cheers1 .

Hello all - my first post on here

Me and my wife are coming over to Carralejo next month - we were in Caletta de Fuste in Feb and had a day in Corralejo and thought it looks a little livelier (although we really enjoyed Caletta) and thought we would try here this time

We like live music - accoustic, rock etc (not really into Karaoke though!) Any suggestions for the best live music bars

Thanks
Keep it sunny for us!
Dave

Hi Dave
A lot of the bars offer live music at night at some point during the week. The down under pub and rock cafe have live music every night during the summer months but not sure about now.
Thanks
Mark

We were up in Corralejo at the weekend and there was a band playing in the Rock Cafe. Not sure about the Down Under bar as it used to house interesting creepy crawlies and can you ever be sure they got them all? :D

There were a couple of guys playing in a bar in the shopping centre where the Lobos Bahia is, so there is plenty of scope.
