Hi All, Me and my partner have booked to go in May, we were told when booking about the building work and we decided to go ahead as even if the building work was noisy im sure the beaches have plenty to offer. I have done quite a bit of research about the works and it all seems very positive. :D

Hi all, just back from Lobos bahia 19/7, we all had a fantastic time. The commercial centre is still a big hole, and they're still digging! Work starts around 7.30am. We were in block B which was on the far side and could just hear the drilling I don't know how loud it would be if you were closer to the hole. During the day you could hardly hear any noise as their was music at the poolside but in no way would I expect it to have ruined anyones enjoyment of their holiday as the complex is enclosed. People walking down the street seemed to enjoy peering in the hole to see what was happening. The apartments at the back are finished being built and look like they are getting the finishing touches to them. WE enjoyed our holiday so much we are going to book on Monday to go back next year. I think that speaks for itself. Hope you all enjoy as much as we did. I wonder if they'll still be digging!!!

Hi, haven't heard any news on the building, although I can't see it causing any disruption. We enjoyed our holiday at the lobos bahia last July and we are also returning again this year. Looking forward to hear if there is any progress.
