Last time we were over in Caleta they had big difficulties cause many owners were not paying community fees and former owner of complex hadn´t pay many payments that should have been done.
Are things now better?
What i have heard electricity is running, some owners have lended money to community.
Do they have pool running now and do they have security during the night time?

Hi Snowman. I was talking to a friend who had been talking to someone they know that owns there. It seems things are not as scarey as they were and they are starting to get things sorted.

I don't know about night security, but there is no water in the pool at the moment. They are hoping to fill it next spring.

Hi :P
Any news about Castillo Mar?
Have noticed that some properties have been sold so buyers do believe that problems will be solved.
Is the pool allready filled and running?

I drove by the other day, and I noticed that the outside wall - facing the Castillo Suites - had been painted.

:) :) :)

From what an owner has told me is prices have dropped to around €60,000 and it is very unlikely the pool will be up and running this year ,could be the reason for the drop in prices but it is beginnig to look better . :D

Last October when we out looking at properties a CM owner on the back row said he would accept 55,000e. Saw a definite improvement in the garden areas etc on a visit 6 months earlier.
