Fuerteventura Airport has been undergoing lots of development and the new arrivals terminal is well underway. You can see this view of it as you enjoy a bite to eat at the outside terrace of the departure lounge.

The departure terminal has also been extended and there is now a wide range of duty free shops to while away your time.

For those of you with a sweet tooth, or with children in tow will find this one, named the Sweet point, hard to resist. It caries a full range of goodies including Toblerones, Malteesers, M&M's and lots of spanish varieties too!
For those of you with more upmarket tastes this shop- Delicious sells a range of more upmarket goods including Brandy Cognac and fine Wines. You can also buy some good quality gifts to take home to your friends and family. Delicious also has a Spanish Corner which carries a range of traditional Spanish and Canarian goods.
If you need to eat before your journey you will fine the Fast Burger at one end of the terminal which sells burgers and fast foods and at the other end there is Bocatta, which sells a delicious range of sandwiches etc which you may eat on the outside terrace watching the building work on the arrival terminal.

The departure lounge at the moment is still not completed and there will be more shops coming soon.

The Canariensis sells wines and spirits and a range of other Canarian products.
Lots of room to eat and you may eat outside, and catch the last of the sun, or inside the terminal building.
Keep you eye on the board to check your gate no and boarding time
Get your books, magazines, newspapers, postcards, soft toys etc at the Relay shop
