Given a day in port it is possible to take part in a number of activities. Some of the tourists from the cruise ships travel around the islands capital on bicycles. There is a bus service, the number 17 that leaves from the gates of the port and calls in at Caleta de Fuste on its way to Gran Tarajal . It is also possible to take the regular bus services to other parts of the island.
