Miss and Mister Fuerteventura 2007
The fifth edition of the Miss and Mister Fuerteventura elections was held on August 11 in shopping centre Las Rotondas in Puerto del Rosario. The event was organised by model agency Belle Model, the ayuntamiento of Puerto del Rosario and the tourist board of the Cabildo of Fuerteventura.
In the week before the event, the competitors visited places of interestand the sponsors of the event. They also met several representatives of the islands government. And of course each day there were foto shoots with our beautiful island as a background.
Twelve woman and nine man had reached the last round of the election. The judge was formed by Miss Las Palmas, Miss and Mister Fuerteventura 2006 and representatives of the Islands government.
Finally, Laura Ramón Cerdeña was elected Miss Fuerteventura 2007. She will represent Fuerteventura in Las Palmas where the election of Miss Las Palmas will be held later this year. Performing on the evening were the very popular bands Almas Gemelas and Bombo.
