Águeda Montelongo welcomed passengers and crew of the cruise ship ´The World´ on their first visit to Fuerteventura
The tourist counsel of Fuerteventura and the Ayuntamiento of Puerto del Rosario, welcomed on the 27th of December the captain of the luxurious cruise ship "The World", that arrived at Puerto del Rosario in the early morning.
The Cabildo of Fuerteventura has started publishing a new magazine "Fuerteventura activa"
The magazine will be published several times a year. In it you will find the eventkalender of all the departments of the Cabildo.
New outbreak of Picudo Rojo
City Hall and the Canary Islands government reinforce the information campaign for the red weevil (Picudo Rojo) in La Oliva after a further outbreak of the pest was detected recently in El Cotillo.
New ferry service Fuerteventura-Morocco
Just a few days to go and the continent of Africa will be closer to Fuerteventura then ever. On the 10th of December ferry company Naviera Armas will start connections from Puerto del Rosario to Tarfaya in Morocco.
