20 new artisans received this afternoon at the Cabildo the card that certifies them to practice lawfully . At the same event, 9 others renewed their accreditation craftsmen after four years of working , all have passed the proficiency testing and certify compliance with the requirements before the Commission Insular de Artesania.

With the delivery of these new cards, the council has listed the two calls of this year to 41 new artisans, while 22 others renewed their accreditation. With these figures, as are 201 people who have the official card of artisan Fuerteventura in one of its two sides, traditional crafts or creative, the first time in history that the official census of the sector over two hundred.
