Funding for Red Cross

The projects that they will be working on are Teleasistencia, a kind of telephone helpline for older people or people with reduced mobility living alone. Support for Immigrants of Fuerteventura including those that arrive in small boats, providing them with necessary services such as psychological, sanitary, humane attention, etc. and work to increase the social conscience of the people of the island. Natividad Cano says that the Red Cross plays an essential role in Fuerteventura, not just in supporting immigrants, but by participating in festivities and sports events etc. The work of the Red Cross has been deserving of the concession of the Medal of the city Hall of Fuerteventura, which was presented recently.
