Golf Course for Corralejo
It has been agreed that a project will get underway to assess the environmental impact of the proposed 18 hole golf course, planned to be created close to the dunes of Corralejo
Loggerhead turtles to be reintroduced to Fuerteventura.
Today, 200 eggs will be transferred by helicopter to Cofete beach in an attempt to reintroduce Loggerhead Sea Turtles (Caretta caretta), to Fuerteventura.

The Gran Tarajal fishing competition closed yesterday with the winner capturing a huge marlin.
Boat fire, Caleta de Fuste
Holiday makers were concerned last week when a boat caught fire in the harbour in Caleta de Fuste harbour.
