The XII edition of the Tour of Fuerteventura in a kayak begins in good conditions

55 paddlers began a tour this morning (August 28) that over the next eight days they will go about 320 miles around the coastline.

With excellent conditions of wind and tide (8 knots NE nd 1 meter waves ), the field of the ' Tour of Fuerteventura in Kayak ' in its 12th edition, left the Island Nautical Sports Centre in Puerto del Rosario, the event was organized again by the Sports Council of Fuerteventura Cabildo .

55 paddlers of all ages and different backgrounds, some fans and other sportspeople accustomed to racing began at 11:00 hours when the horn sounded out. An itinerary that during the next eight days , we will go about 320 miles around the coast .

The objectives which raises this sporting event will be the same as in previous editions, offering the opportunity to meet and enjoy the island from the unique perspective that provides the vision of the coast from the sea, in a non competitive event has consolidated over the years, with the same cherished values of hard work and companionship.
