The first Pájara Prix measured physical and intellectual skills of two teams of youth in the municipality. The unique competition, which brought together fifty participants, and was the second part of 'Youth Day'.
This Pájara Prix evaluated various aspects of the members of each team (one from the neighbouring town Morro Jable and another from the town of Pájara). Thus, the usual physical tests from other competitions were added rounds of general knowledge questions.
The pitch was at Costa Calma. There, the two teams showed their prowess in the various tests to complete this first Pájara Prix. The victory went to the team Pájara Pigeons, which won a prize of one thousand euros in cash and audience appreciation.
