Kavanagh's Bar & Steakhouse , Nuevo Horizonte, Fuerteventura

Kavanagh's Bar & Steakhouse at Caleta Paraiso, Nuevo Horizonte, is the largest and busiest bar in the area. It is situated a short coastal walk from Caleta de Fuste (Costa Caleta) see the Nuevo Horizonte/Costa Antigua map for its location.

Jayne and Ian offer you a warm welcome to Kavanaghs. Kavanaghs is a community bar that provides a friendly environment where locals, tourists and those with holiday homes in the area can enjoy a drink and a chat. The bar also offers a wonderfully spacious outdoor terrace with pool for those hot Fuerte days when all you want to do is sit back, relax and enjoy the sea views with a nice cold drink.

Location

Kavanaghs is to be found on the Caleta Paraiso complex, which is in Nuevo Horizonte, also called Costa Antigua. Costa Antigua is a five minute taxi ride, or a 30 minute stroll from Caleta de Fuste. The walk is along a coastal path that runs between the two. This path is inhabited by entertaining chipmunks, and there are plenty of benches, should you need a breather.

Food and Drinks

The bar is open every day from 9.00 am 'till late. All the drinks served, including all your favourite cocktails, are reasonably priced, as are the snacks available to fend off hunger until tea time.

Top quality home cooked food is served daily. Breakfasts, lunches and evening meals from the menu, with added daily specials to tickle and tantalise your taste buds.

Monday is curry night, where for 6 euro you can get mango chutney, popadoms, a curry and a drink!

Entertainment

The bar has five screens: one large screen and standard screens, that can be tuned into different channels, allowing everybody to watch their particular favourite sport or soap.

Kavanagh's has a wide range of entertainment, with something on for you to enjoy every night of the week.
