We are proud of the service we have provided to those using our website, and you can be assured of the same level of service if you entrust your property management to us.

We offer a wide range of services depending on your particular needs. Prices start from -

PROPERTY MANAGEMENT PRICES
For a one bedroom apartment or studio.
Cleaning price- includes cleaning equipment	30€
Washing drying and ironing sheets per person	6 €
Mid holiday clean	20€
Security visit/plant watering per month	10€
Meeting and greeting your guest at your property/key handover. This fee includes handing over the key and collecting on departure.	10€

For a two bedroom apartment or studio.
Cleaning price- includes cleaning equipment	42€
Washing drying and ironing sheets per person	6 €
Mid holiday clean	20€
Security visit/plant watering per month	10€
Meeting and greeting your guest at your property/key handover. This fee includes handing over the key and collecting on departure.	10€

PROPERTY MANAGEMENT PRICES
For a three bedroom apartment or studio.
Cleaning price- includes cleaning equipment	50€
Washing drying and ironing sheets per person	6 €
Mid holiday clean	20€
Security visit/plant watering per month	10€
Meeting and greeting your guest at your property/key handover. This fee includes handing over the key and collecting on departure.	10€

We will also provide replacement basic items such as lightbulbs, and charge these to you. Should there be any serious repairs necessary we will take photographs of the problem, and get estimates for the repair at your request.

You should ensure that the property is fully secure and is insured for theft and public liability.

We will agree a weekly rental figure and take bookings. You must inform us of any bookings you make for yourselves or others.
