Sheila's beautiful sewing corner is situated within the launderette, beside the tapas bar at the top end of Caleta.
Here Sheila will undertake any type of sewing task, including repairs to any of your favourite items of clothing.
Experience
Sheila´s mother was a tailoress and so her experience with tailoring dressmaking and doing repairs goes back to her childhood. She now has over 30 years of experience. She worked in a dress shop, doing alterations for many years, but mainly she has run her own sewing business. Sheila enjoys the satisfaction that comes from creating something new.

As the photographs of the weddings show, Sheila can create any garment to your specifications.
Home making
Sheila can offer a full range of household items such as creating matching duvet covers, curtains, tablecloths and cushion covers. She also makes peg bags and shoulder bags.
She can recover larger items such as bedsettees. She can even recover chairs in either leather or fabric.
Availability
Sheila is generally available in her sewing corner between 9.30-1pm and 2.30-4.30 Monday to Friday.
If your repair is urgent she will endevour if possible to do the repair straight away. Other work she will aim to complete within 24 hours. She can visit your home to measure if necessary.
