Between 2000 and 2003 Napoleon Jaime Gonzalez Martinez, was one of a team of lawyers working for the Consejeria Politica Territorial Medio Ambiente y aguas in Fuerteventura, vetting applications under PIOFT, the planning regulations for Fuerteventura up to 2011. This plan details regulations for where resorts and hotels can and cannot be built, new constructions, off-plan developments, resales, plots of lands etc.

In 2003, Napoleon Jaime Gonzalez Martinez left the Consejeria, to begin this own legal service, which can offer you the knowledge and expertise to meet your personal needs.
